“My Activate Abundance session with Kat was beyond ALL expectations…! From the moment she first mentioned this new offering, my curiosity was piqued… I KNEW it was for me… How can I even put in to words what this session did for me and how it felt…? - I will do my best!

As soon as the session commenced I felt that Kat REALLY GOT ME … She KNEW me so well and deeply! I hardly had told her much at all and yet she had so much insight… She asked all the right questions and validated me in every way I never even knew I needed…

As The session progressed I felt myself feeling so supported and honoured like finally the pieces of me were coming together all the different pieces and fragments accumulated over such a long time I never quite knew how it all fitted together how it could all be one whole complete picture by the end of the session I felt blissful in a very grounded and real way…

I felt complete and whole, Like all the holes I had been leaking from had been sealed up For the first time in a LONG time I felt as though I was looking at myself directly in the mirror and seeing ME …ALL OF ME … it was so clear where I had been going wrong and what I needed to do to move forward… I’m SUPER EXCITED about what is to come from this space.

Kat has done for me a service that I’m not sure ANYONE else could have delivered or offered and something I was indeed looking for! She is nothing short of an angel … I ADORED this session and KNOW that permanent shifts were made!
